In NPCC’s Parkview Gallery is the Etobicoke Quilting Guild’s annual hallway challenge called “Picture This”. Participants created beautiful fibre arts pieces that were inspired by a photograph.
Beautiful scenes of nature, loved ones who are pivotal in our lives, events that are forever marked in our minds: Life events inspire art.
The Etobicoke Quilters’ Guild (EQG) is one of the oldest quilting guilds in Canada. Since EQG was formed in 1975, the guild has grown to about 140 members and incorporates a wide range of interests and skill levels. Membership is open to people of all ages interested in any aspect of quilting.
