The Fundamentals of Project Management will expand on six components of project management: methodologies, revenue development, timelines and budgets, marketing and social media, community outreach and engagement, and data collection. Each workshop will focus on one of the six fundamental components of project management. This workshop will provide participants a foundation for effective tools and methods for successful project and event planning and execution.
