Riley Martin

My work begins almost as a vent, a spilling of my brain onto paper. From there I try to organize it. Highlight the important parts of what I have written and allow it to blossom into an idea. I start to think about how I can represent what I’ve written on a page in a photo or series of photos. Then I rewrite what was originally written into an idea. This is 43 pages from the notebook that contains it all.
