The Misadventures of Poggy in Hedgecombe Village

This exhibition displays twelve picture books in a children’s series called “The Misadventures of Poggy in Hedgecombe Village” for children 3 – 7 years old. They are written and illustrated by Katherine S. Brown, and they are divided into the four seasons. The Village is a mythical, magical cluster of ten quaint cottages and shops behind a high hedgerow.
Poggy is a young hedgehog with a clever and creative mind that gets him into all sorts of adventures. Along with the series, is an activity book “Poggy’s Play Pages” that has games, puzzles, colouring pages and receipes that relate back to the twelve stories.
All of these books are for sale either online through Amazon.ca or at the Handmade Art and Fine Craft sale on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Neilson Park Creative Centre.
