Join Noelle Boughton – an author, editor, and spiritual alignment coach who leads reflective workshops with the arts – to gain a new perspective on this liminal time or space between. You will learn how to reflect with art, which takes you beyond your usual mind-chatter to a deeper self-reflection. There will be time for group sharing.
