Sunita Sinha leads a three-session, one-hour mindfulness workshop focused on practicing and learning mindfulness meditation techniques. The workshop aims to cultivate a present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and develop inner peace as we transition from winter to spring into summer. Sunita is a mindset coach and draws from Vedic wisdom. She is passionate about helping others navigate their aspirations. As a certified life coach and yoga teacher, she brings a unique blend of Eastern and Western philosophies to her practice. Her multi-disciplined career background has given her a 360-degree view of life. We invite participants to bring in their favourite or special tea cups for Sunita to share her fragrant and delicious tea during the practice.
