Certified Tea Sommelier Steve Rose will open you to the fascinating world of tea. Each of the days, 5 teas will be prepared for you to taste along with food pairing suggestions. Each session will include a brief history and pertinent tea production information on the featured teas. A fee of $10 per person per session is to be paid directly to the sommelier at the start of each class. The feel will cover the cost of all teas for the full 3 sessions. Teas will be of the finest variety and will be loose leaf, organic where possible and sustainably sourced. All teas will be prepared according to appropriate serving temperature and steeping time.
