Ready to begin or expand your vibrant artistic expression in watercolours? Join Professional Artist Andrew Sookrah for our fun five-week studio watercolour painting sessions! Whether a beginner, or intermediate watercolour artist, Andrew will guide you through a fun process of creating an impactful painting and will help you learn to work with ease and confidence. He will demonstrate techniques such as washes, wet in wet, wet on dry, drybrush, the use of salt and more, to express your personal interpretation of the chosen subject. With his live demonstrations and one to one guidance, Andrew will help artists throughout each session. Demonstrations will be done in transparent watercolour, with guidance on an opaque use of the medium. Basic drawing techniques, perspective, composition, colour, texture, use of material will be explored. For a materials list, please refer to our website.
