Celebrate the natural world near and far by creating beautiful paintings of fauna and flora. Sculpt cute creatures, play with patterns and monkey around with mixed media. Learn to draw your favourite animals step-by-step with attention to facial features and posture by applying lessons in shape, line, pattern and texture! Grow as an artist by creating samples of colour theory and chromatic schemes and stretch your imagination by leaps and bounds! All materials are included. Children enjoy lunch recess and breaks outdoors at the Neilson Park playground!
Project’s themes may include: Great Barrier Reef, Grand Canyon colours, the shimmer of Northern Lights, the rainbow of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, Everest landscape, the textures of Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland, blues of Icebergs of Greenland, colours of the Marble Caves of Patagonia and more!
